Associate Director Civil Engineer

Our client, a successful engineering consultancy, is seeking an Associate Director to lead their civil engineering team and drive the delivery of high-value projects. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for an experienced engineer who can manage a team, oversee multiple projects, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will take ownership of project delivery, from planning and design through to completion, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery. You will mentor and manage a team of engineers, collaborate closely with clients, and play a key role in shaping the firm's continued growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in civil engineering, with significant roads and drainage expertise, excellent project management and client-facing skills, and the ability to work autonomously while leading a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
