We are currently looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade in the Birmingham area working for well-established Housing association. This role is on a long rolling term contract.

As the Carpenter Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

1st & 2nd fix carpentry
Responsive repairs
Working tenanted houses/commercial environments
Basic plumbing and tiling when required
The successful Carpenter Multi Trade will:

Have a van and be able to commute to site
Have their own tools
Have relevant industry experience
In return, the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:

£22 per hour (CIS payments available)
Mileage paid
Weekly pay
40 hours per week
Long term work
