Senior Estimator in West Midlands - Construction Main Contractor

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Estimator to join a well-established construction main contractor with a strong and secure pipeline of work. This is a key commercial role, supporting the pre-construction team on a range of high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the preparation of accurate cost estimates and tenders

Managing full tender processes from initial enquiry through to submission

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents

Liaising with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

Identifying value engineering opportunities and commercial risks

Supporting and mentoring junior estimators where required

About You:

Proven experience as a Senior Estimator with a main contractor

Strong knowledge of construction methods and procurement

Experience delivering projects across commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use sectors

Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail

Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively
