Care Professional (Home Care) - Drivers Needed - Local Runs in Watford  
Location: Watford, Bushey, Rickmansworth, Croxley Green, Northwood, South Oxhey, Hatch End, Harrow Weald and surrounding villages
 
Pay: £13.50/hr weekdays rising to £14.50 from April | £15-£16.50 evenings & weekends + 45p/mile mileage
 
Contracts available: Guaranteed Hours or Zero Hours

We're growing our Watford team and are looking for drivers who want local routes, reliable earnings and the chance to build meaningful relationships with the same clients.
 
We offer minimum one-hour visits, realistic travel time between calls, and contracts that fit around your life.

Choose the contract that suits you  
- Guaranteed Hours blocks (10, 12, 16, 20 or 30 hours per week)
- Zero-hours for maximum flexibility

What you'll be doing  
- Supporting older adults in their own homes
- Companionship and daily wellbeing checks
- Preparing meals and light household tasks
- Personal care where needed, always with dignity
- Becoming a familiar, trusted face
