A highly regarded boutique law firm in Central Manchester is seeking a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a dedicated client account, focusing exclusively on commercial property finance matters.

The Role

As the Real Estate Finance Solicitor, you will:
Advise on and manage all aspects of commercial property finance transactions for a single high-profile client.
Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documentation, and related commercial property finance documents.
Work closely with the client to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
Take full responsibility for the client account, providing proactive, commercial, and technically sound advice.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and consistent client satisfaction.
The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified as a solicitor with 2-6 years PQE in real estate finance or banking law.
Strong experience in commercial property finance documentation and structuring.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal advice independently.
Motivation to work on a dedicated client account and take ownership of the role.
Flexibility to work hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Central Manchester.
