Job Title: Site Manager - Industrial Refurbishment Project (Warrington)

Location: Warrington

Start Date: Early July

Project Duration: Approx. 22 weeks

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the internal and external Industrial refurbishment of a site in Warrington. This is a role requiring a proactive approach to site leadership, safety compliance, and coordination of teams on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations

Conduct site inductions and regular toolbox talks

Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards

Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)

Coordinate efficiently with subcontractors, suppliers and Contracts Manager

Requirements:

Valid SMSTS

Valid CSCS card

First Aid certification
References
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

Proven track record managing refurbishment projects
