Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are recruiting for a Regional Manager within the Building energy management systems (BEMS) sector.

The position is a high-profile senior management role within the business and will be working with one of the UK's leading providers of Building management system (BMS).

The Role:

Working closely with the southern operations director to achieve the combined southern targets
This is a high-profile senior management function with a direct impact not only on the success of the division but the company as a whole
Providing an environment for the team to collaborate, innovate and ultimately succeed together
Delivery revenue budget
Deliver EBITDA Budget
Manage H&S Responsibilities, including new electrical policy
Aspire to achieve monthly / annual KPI'S
Develop new business opportunities

Requirements:

We are seeking someone with exceptional understanding of BMS Control systems, customer service ethos and strong organisational skills
Experienced across both service and projects and overseeing the BMS Service and Projects
Commercially astute and professional individual
Passionate about Building controls / Building management systems (BMS)
Experienced with budget management through to P&L.
