Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment? We’re looking for a Customer Services Advisor to be the friendly face and first point of contact for this busy student accommodation in Falmouth.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our accommodation. From answering queries and supporting move-ins to organising community events, to help make the residents feel right at home.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing professional, friendly support to students, visitors, and contractors.
Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person with efficiency and care.
Assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and room inspections.
Managing bookings, payments, and tenancy agreements.
Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring health & safety compliance.
Helping organise events that bring the student community together.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in customer service or administration.
Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
Organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A proactive team player who thrives in a busy environment.
