Key Responsibilities
Support pupils individually and in small groups to enhance learning outcomes
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons through the medium of Welsh
Promote the use of Welsh language throughout the school day
Support pupils with additional learning needs (ALN), where required
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Assist with classroom preparation, resources, and displays
Support pupils' wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development
Supervise pupils during activities, break times, and educational visits as required
Essential Criteria
Fluent Welsh speaker (spoken and written)
Experience working with children in an educational setting
Good understanding of the primary/secondary curriculum (as applicable)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
