Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Eurocentral, North Lanarkshire
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our operations team at our busy Eurocentral distribution hub. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily warehouse activities, including the efficient movement of goods, people management, and health & safety compliance.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate a team of operatives, maintain high performance standards, and help implement continuous improvements across the operation.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound/outbound deliveries, stock control, and order fulfilment

Allocate tasks, monitor workloads, and support team performance to meet operational targets

Conduct staff briefings and ensure clear communication across shifts

Enforce health & safety, hygiene, and quality control standards at all times

Train and mentor warehouse staff, including new starters

Liaise with transport, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations

Contribute to operational reporting and help identify areas for efficiency improvements

Support shift handovers and cover as needed for other supervisors or managers

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role (essential)

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Working knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance standards

Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence is desirable, but not essential

Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours when required
