Senior Nursery Practitioner / Room Leader (Under 2s Focus)
Location: West London
Salary: £32,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full-time preferred, 8:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday

Revive Education are recruiting on behalf of a supportive, family-run nursery for a Senior Nursery Practitioner to lead their Under 2s room. This is an exciting opportunity for someone confident, proactive, and nurturing to take a lead role in a small, close-knit team.

Who we’re looking for:

*

Experienced in leading an Under 2s/baby room

*

Strong knowledge of safeguarding, routines, hygiene, and ratios

*

Calm, reliable, and able to lead a room independently

*

Able to support and raise standards across the wider team

The team & setting:

*

Small, friendly team with 7–10 staff including qualified practitioners and apprentices

*

Approx. 45–50 children across babies, toddlers, and preschool

*
