The Role
As Employer Engagement Manager, you’ll be responsible for building strong employer partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring seamless processes to support national contracts. You will:

Develop and deliver a robust employer referral strategy to meet ambitious targets.

Generate high-quality leads through proactive business development and engagement.

*

Oversee employer onboarding, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

*

Collaborate with delivery, admin, and compliance teams to enhance the customer journey.

*

Monitor conversion rates and provide clear performance reporting.

The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

A proven track record in business development or employer engagement, ideally within the employability or skills sector.

Knowledge of employability programmes, funding, and eligibility rules.
