Learning Support Assistants – Liverpool & Wirral
Start Date: January | Full-Time Positions

Salary: £90 - £100 per day

Teaching Personnel are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our partner schools across Liverpool and the Wirral. We welcome applications from both experienced Teaching Assistants and individuals currently training or looking to begin a career in education.

About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning, provide 1:1 or small-group assistance, and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment. These roles offer valuable experience for anyone considering a long-term career in education.

What We’re Looking For:

Passionate individuals with a genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development
Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability, empathy, and a proactive approach
Key Details:

Full-time positions starting in January
Interviews and trial days taking place before Christmas
Full vetting and compliance checks are required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
