Lead Generator – SaaS

Are you confident on the phone? Do you enjoy the buzz of outbound sales and the satisfaction of booking qualified meetings? We are recruiting for a growing SaaS company looking to add a driven and enthusiastic Lead Generator to their sales development team. If you love making high-volume calls, breaking through gatekeepers, and identifying opportunities—this is your role.
Working closely with the Business Development team, you will be responsible for engaging prospects, qualifying interest, and securing appointments for Account Executives. You will be the first point of contact and play a key part in building pipeline and fuelling growth.
The role:
Make high-volume outbound calls daily to potential B2B prospects across the UK. Engage decision-makers and confidently pitch the company’s SaaS offering. Qualify leads through effective questioning and identify genuine business opportunities. Book qualified appointments for the Business Development and Sales team. Maintain accurate notes and contact details in the CRM system. Follow up on marketing-generated leads and re-engage lapsed contacts. Work closely with sales and marketing to improve outreach messaging and performance. Achieve daily/weekly KPIs related to calls made, conversations had, and meetings booked.
The candidate
A confident, clear communicator who enjoys being on the phone. Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or sales development. Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls per day. Resilient, energetic, and motivated to hit and exceed targets. Able to think on your feet, handle objections, and stay positive under pressure. Experience using CRM systems and working in a sales-driven environment. Interest in technology or SaaS is a bonus—but full product training is provided.
