We are a leading provider of fast-track electrical training courses, supporting adult learners who are ready to retrain, upskill, and enter the electrical industry with confidence. Our learners are motivated, career-focused, and eager to make a fresh start.

We're now looking for a practical, experienced Electrical Tutor/Assessor to join our team. You'll deliver engaging, hands-on training in a modern environment, working with small groups of motivated learners.

This is more than just a teaching role - it's an opportunity to make a real impact. You'll be part of a dedicated, supportive team that values professionalism, clarity, and learner success.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering practical training in electrical installation and inspection & testing
Teaching small groups of adult learners in structured sessions
Supporting learners through portfolios and assessments
Providing constructive feedback and maintaining learner records
Ensuring delivery and assessment meet awarding body standardsWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an installer and tester
Level 3 qualifications in 18th Edition (BS 7671) and Inspection & Testing
A1/TAQA or equivalent assessor qualification (preferred)
Previous teaching experience (preferred - full training provided)
Clear communication, professionalism, and a supportive approachWhat You'll Get:
