One of our clients is looking for an experienced Coordinator on a long term rail project in Leiston.

Your main objective will be to support the planning teams with their day to day operations.

Applicants must have,

* A wealth of Admin experience

* Used to a fast paced blue collar Environment

* Excellent IT skills and be proficient in all Microsoft office applications

* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written etc)

* Will need to demonstrate the ability to think critically and problem solve

Main tasks;

* Supporting with the co-ordination of all deliveries and HGV movements via the Datascope vehicle management system

* Responsible for site office administration including uploading all records and storing on Sharepoint etc

* Ensuring all daily briefings are recorded and uploaded to Sharepoint

* Ensuring all delivery receipts etc are obtained and uploaded / distributed
