Due to a recent contract win, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-end residential new build project. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a project from start to finish within a well-established and growing construction business.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Works will include demolition of existing structures, piling and groundworks, steel and brickwork, M&E installation, and full internal fit-out.
Key Responsibilities:

Review drawings and specifications to ensure works are completed in line with design and quality standards.

Manage and coordinate all sub-contractors on site.
*
Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards, conducting site inductions and regular inspections.
*
Plan and manage short to medium-term programmes to ensure timely progress.
*
Organise materials and logistics through the in-house procurement team.
*
Report progress to senior management and clients as required.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build residential projects (preferably high-end).
*
Strong trade background.
*
CSCS card and First Aid certification (essential).
*
NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management (preferred but not essential).
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
This role is a stand alone site management role, you will be supported by a QS, Contract Manager and regular support from various in house staff members.
