The herd is managed on a split-block calving system with a strong emphasis on forage utilisation, grassland management, and efficient herd performance.

The Role Includes:
• Milking in a modern parlour setup
• Supporting herd health and maintaining accurate records
• AI and foot trimming experience advantageous (training available)
• General farm duties and machinery operation as required

The Ideal Candidate:
• A practical, motivated person with a genuine interest in livestock
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience preferred, though training can be provided for the right individual
• A full UK driving licence is essential
