Strategic Sales Manager – Apparel
Salary: £55,000 (DOE) + OTE
Location: Hammersmith, London (Hybrid)

As part of our growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Manager or Business Development Manager to help us expand our client portfolio and drive new commercial opportunities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded sales professional to make a real impact within a dynamic and creative business.
The Role
As Strategic Sales Manager, you will take ownership of driving profitable growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and developing tailored branded apparel solutions.
You will represent the business at external events and play a key role in shaping our future sales strategy.
Responsibilities
* Drive new business growth and maximise profitability
* Identify and target new commercial opportunities
* Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers
* Lead outreach through multiple channels, including:
* Targeted prospecting
* LinkedIn
* Email campaigns
* Networking and industry events
* Conduct consultative sales conversations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
* Represent the company externally to enhance brand awareness and reputation
Skills and Experience Required
* 3-5 years' B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in apparel, branded products or creative solutions
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
* Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Ability to build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders
* Passion for creative, identity-driven apparel solutions
* Interest in fashion, apparel or design (preferred)
* Knowledge of sustainability trends and an appreciation for bespoke, corporate clothing solutions
