If you are an experienced Registered Manager looking to lead a well-established EBD children’s home in Manchester, this role offers the chance to run a stable service where consistency, standards, and outcomes genuinely matter. You will have the authority to lead from the front, with the backing needed to maintain quality and compliance without constant firefighting.

This is a role for a confident Registered Manager who values structure, clear expectations, and therapeutic care. You will be trusted to shape culture, develop your team, and provide young people with a safe, predictable environment where progress can happen.

Package & Benefits
• Salary £55,000–£60,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
• Hold full Ofsted registration and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team, maintaining clear standards and accountability.
• Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the home, ensuring safe and high-quality care.
• Drive stability, positive outcomes, and a consistent therapeutic environment for young people.

About You
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within an EBD children’s home.
• Strong experience leading Ofsted inspections and maintaining compliance.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, or actively working towards it.
