Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day office tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Supporting senior staff with administrative duties
Handling incoming calls and liaising with clients and suppliers
Maintaining accurate records and office supplies
Assisting with scheduling and meeting coordination
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
