SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time Role Starting January 2026

A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Ealing is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026, working five days per week until the end of the academic year.

The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support, including SEND pupils
Support lesson delivery alongside class teachers
Assist with literacy and numeracy development
Help manage behaviour and promote positive learning
Support students' social, emotional, and academic progress

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
Understanding of SEND and diverse learning needs
Passionate about education and pupil development
TA qualifications desirable but not essential

Requirements:

Degree-level qualification
Enhanced DBS (and Overseas Police Check if required)
References covering the last 10 years (where possible)
Legal right to work in the UK
