Stainless Steel Fabricator / TIG Welder

Location: Swansea

Permanent | 37.75 hours per week -Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 Friday: 08:00 - 14:15

Salary: £30,000 - £31,200 per annum (depending on experience)

An established and growing engineering manufacturer is seeking an experienced Stainless Steel Fabricator / TIG Welder to join its skilled production team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a business with ambitious growth plans and a clear objective to be number one in its market.

Operating from a modern 30,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility, the company designs and fabricates high-quality stainless-steel pipework and membrane separation systems for highly regulated sectors including pharmaceutical, food & beverage, dairy, chemical, cosmetic, and toiletries industries.

The Role

You will be responsible for the fabrication and TIG welding of stainless-steel components and pipework, working to high-quality and hygienic standards.

Key Skills & Experience

Time-served stainless steel fabricator / welder
Extensive TIG welding experience on stainless steel
Confident working with thin wall stainless steel tube and plate (1.6mm - 5mm)
Experience with purge pipe welding
Experience with hygienic pipework is advantageous
