Location: Birmingham HQ (Hybrid)
Hourly Rate: £21.48ph
Duration: This is a temp to perm opportunity
Start Date: Immediate
Holidays: 30 days + 3 day Christmas & 2 wellbeing days
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead key client accounts. You’ll drive commercial success, deliver high-quality campaigns, and build long-lasting client relationships. You’ll guide and develop your team, ensuring they maximise client potential and uphold creative standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning and high-level client conversations.
Oversee account profitability, resource allocation, and campaign delivery.
Guide and mentor Account Managers and Executives.
Spot and grow new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Ensure content aligns with clients’ brand and objectives.
Maintain knowledge of social and digital marketing trends.About You:
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and commercial awareness.
Confident managing high-value projects and challenging client situations.
Full UK driving licence and Right to Work in the UK.
Desirable: agency or in-house experience (social media preferred)
