? The Role
As a Regulatory Complaints Investigator, you'll:

Dig deep into complaints of all shapes and sizes ?
Review evidence from case management systems, process docs, project board papers & more ?️‍♀️
Speak with stakeholders at all levels?
Spot weaknesses, understand root causes & recommend improvements ?
Draft high-quality reports, letters & responses - all within tight deadlines ✍️
Feed into wider analysis to help continually improve ?✨ What We're Looking For

Experience investigating complaints/risk assessments ?
Sharp analytical & problem-solving skills ?
Excellent written & verbal communication ?️
Strong emotional intelligence ?
