Hexa Services are looking for an experienced and motivated Engineering & Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join our clients team in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a permanent, full-time role with a clear succession plan to step into the Engineering Manager position within 3–5 years.

Role Overview:

* Oversee maintenance of fixed plant, mobile plant, HGV fleet, and containers

* Support the day-to-day operations of the engineering and maintenance team

* Manage planned and reactive maintenance schedules across 4 company facilities

* Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained to legal and safety standards

* Liaise with contractors and suppliers as required

* Take an active role in improving processes and supporting the Engineering Manager

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven hands-on experience in plant and fleet maintenance (fixed/mobile plant and HGVs)

* Previous experience in a supervisory, lead engineer or senior technician role is desirable

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and organisational abilities

* Ambition to develop into an Engineering Manager position

Package:

* Salary: £45,000 per annum
