£12.97 per hour
10 months (possibility of extension)
Fluent Welsh Speaker required.

The Role:

We are supporting our client with the recruitment of an Employability Coach who will actively support and guide individuals with their career decisions and development. This role will mainly be telephone based and will require a candidate that can communicate in Welsh.

Responsibilities of an Employability Coach:

Provide information and advice to individuals via telephone and web based services.
Build and sustain relationships with clients and offer employers a recruitment service.
Support clients to achieve their education, training and employment goals.
Update information on a bespoke CRM system.
Ad hoc Administrative support when required
The Candidate:

The ideal Employability Coach will have the following skills and abilities:

Excellent customer service skills
Welsh speaking is essential.
Confident communication skills - verbal/listening/written
Strong IT literacy
Willingness to be DBS checked (which will be processed once the role commences)
