Albion Search are currently working with a regional house builder to appoint a Site Manager for a new build housing scheme in Hull.

The ideal candidate must have experience with a volume house builder and strong knowledge on NHBC regs.

This is an ongoing position for the right candidate with a potential for temp to perm should you be looking for a permanent position.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Manage the build programme

* Manage trades & sub-contractors

* NHBC Liaison

* H&S

* Working with the Assistant Site Manager

* Sales liaison

* Inductions

* RAMS

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card, along with the above relevant experience.
