Our Leamington Spa based client is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their friendly and professional team. Key Duties:

Prepare detailed suitability reports and client documentation

*

Conduct research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations

*

Assist advisers with client meetings and follow up actions

*

Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations

*

Support the wider advice team to deliver an exceptional client experience

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or financial planning environment

*

Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection

*

Progress towards Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, with study support provided for completion

*

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

*

Confident communication style and ability to work effectively in a close knit office team
