The Role
 
As the Mechanical Building Technician, you’ll:

Interact with the supervisory team to ensure effective delivery of mechanical services.
Maintain and repair mechanical services infrastructure and equipment.
Execute high-quality mechanical installations in compliance with British Standards.
Embrace modern technology and participate in training to enhance your role.
Work with electronic devices for daily tasks, including troubleshooting and diagnostics. You
 
To be successful in the role of Mechanical Building Technician, you’ll bring:

NVQ level 3 or equivalent in mechanical engineering or building services.
Significant vocational experience in mechanical engineering or a willingness to learn.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and mechanical regulations.
Experience working in confined spaces and at heights.
Proficiency in using job and project management software.
