JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting precision engineering business in Pinxton to recruit a Fabrication Offline Programmer / Fabrication Engineering Manager. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving the fabrication engineering function using Trumpf TruBend packages.

You will lead the fabrication engineering side of the business, working with an established team across planning, laser programming, and the shop floor.

The Successful Fabrication Offline Programmer / Manager – Requirements:

* Offline programming of Trumpf TruBend press brakes

* Lead and develop fabrication engineering processes

* Work closely with Planning, Laser Programmers, and Shop Floor teams

* Improve efficiency, consistency, and throughput within fabrication

* Support quoting, routing, and manufacturing feasibility

* Provide technical leadership across bending and fabrication operations

* Strong fabrication and sheet metal background essential

* Proven experience in a fabrication engineering or leadership role
