The Role - Recruitment Consultant (Trainee or Experienced)

As a Recruitment Consultant at Guided Talent, you’ll be hands-on with business development, outbound outreach, and account growth. This role suits someone who enjoys picking up the phone, building relationships, driving revenue, and being rewarded for high performance.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through proactive outreach, cold calling, and sales activity

Build and develop long-term client relationships within your specialist market

*

Source, engage, and interview candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)

*

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement

*

Negotiate fees, terms, and offers confidently and professionally

*

Work to ambitious sales targets with a strong focus on revenue generation

*

Contribute to the strategy and growth of a rapidly scaling recruitment agency
