About the Role

We're on the hunt for a highly motivated, skilled Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic litigation and dispute resolution team. As part of a leading debt and commercial function, you'll take charge of a diverse caseload, handling both pre-action and litigated matters across small claims, fast/intermediate track, and multi-track cases. ⚖️

What You'll Be Doing ✨

✅ Managing a broad caseload from pre-action stages to post-litigation enforcement.
✅ Issuing court actions & drafting key legal documents (Reply to Defences, Witness Statements, Disclosure, Court Bundles).
✅ Handling Summary Judgments, Applications to Lift Stays, Statutory Demands & Winding Up Petitions.
✅ Negotiating & Mediating to secure win-win dispute resolution outcomes. ?
✅ Mentoring Junior Paralegals & Legal Admin staff.
✅ Conducting legal research & analysis to strengthen case strategies.
✅ Providing front-line legal advice to a growing client base.

What We're Looking For ?

? Litigation Expertise: CILEx-qualified (or currently studying), with a strong independent work ethic.
? Confident Advocate: Solid understanding of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) & outstanding communication skills.
⚡ Subject Matter Expert: Experience in litigating energy debt? That's a plus!
? Ambitious & Driven: Ready to lead and help grow a thriving legal function.
? Team Player: Supportive, collaborative, and willing to mentor junior colleagues.
? Results-Oriented: Motivated by hitting & exceeding targets.
