Zest Education is working closely with a primary school in Nuneaton that is seeking a committed and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This role offers full-time hours (8:00am–3:00pm, Monday to Friday) and comes with the exciting potential for a permanent position from September.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties

Adapting learning activities and approaches to meet the unique needs of each pupil

*

Building trust and strong relationships to encourage emotional and academic development

*

Working alongside teaching staff and the SENCO to deliver consistent and structured support

*

Promoting a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued
