What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Advisor:
Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and web queries
Handling administrative tasks that support a smooth customer journey
Representing the brand with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism
What we’re looking for in a Customer Service Advisor:
A natural communicator with a friendly, can-do attitude
Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role
Confident using Microsoft Office and navigating IT systems
Able to juggle administrative and customer support with ease
Reliably able to commute to Warwick for an 8:30 AM start on office days
