Project Manager – M&E / Building Services
Location: Within a commutable distance to Daventry
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + Package
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in M&E Building Services? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading facilities management and engineering services provider, managing a range of projects across commercial and industrial sites within reach of Daventry.
The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple M&E and small works projects from inception to completion. You’ll manage all aspects of project delivery — including scope, budgets, schedules, compliance, and stakeholder communication — ensuring each project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the delivery of M&E installation, refurbishment, and upgrade projects across various commercial sites / Manufacture sites.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, procurement, and resource allocation.
* Lead on-site teams and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
* Liaise closely with clients, providing regular progress updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Prepare project documentation, risk assessments, and handover reports.
* Drive value engineering and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
* Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the FM / Building Services / M&E industry.
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and costs.
* Effective communicator with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver results.

* Basic salary of £65,000 – £70,000
