Description

Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately.
Support recruitment processes, including advertising roles and scheduling interviews.
Handle queries related to HR policies and employee benefits.
Prepare HR-related correspondence and documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team.Profile

A successful HR Assistant should have:
