Overview
This is a great opportunity to join a highly motivated and results-driven team. The role is responsible for supporting a field based team of Key Account Managers providing service to and growing a portfolio of accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through account management.
Key Responsibilities
* Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, conducting review calls and meetings in line with agreed service level agreements.
* Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts through increased penetration and conversion to solus deals.
* Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the Strategic Account Managers to identify and pursue wider growth opportunities through affiliated companies, mergers, and acquisitions.
* Solution Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering ‘extraordinary fleet solutions.’
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse key account performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
* Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved efficiently, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies
* Proven experience of 2 years or more in B2B inside sales, account management, or a similar role.
* Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
* Ability to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
