A prestigious international law firm based in London is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its Property team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled property solicitor to take on a high-profile role within a collaborative, client-focused environment. The Senior Associate will be involved in a range of complex and high-value commercial property matters, advising some of the world's leading organisations.

The successful Senior Associate will join a well-established team known for its expertise in development, investment, and landlord and tenant work. With direct access to key clients and high-level transactions, the Senior Associate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and delivering top-tier legal advice across a range of property-related projects.

The Senior Associate's role

The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling a broad caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and asset management. The role will also involve supervising junior team members, contributing to business development, and working closely with partners on strategic initiatives.

This is a client-facing position requiring a high level of commercial awareness, strong drafting skills, and the ability to manage complex transactions under pressure. The Senior Associate will be expected to lead negotiations, liaise with stakeholders across different sectors, and maintain the firm's high standards of service and professionalism.

The Senior Associate

To be considered for the Senior Associate role, candidates must be UK qualified with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial property. Previous experience at a leading national or international law firm is essential. Strong technical knowledge in property law, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead on high-value transactions are all critical.

Relevant qualifications include a strong academic background (2:1 or above) and a completed training contract with a recognised commercial law firm. A proactive and commercially astute mindset is also key.
