Policy and Governance Framework Co-ordinator
Location: Hybrid to Manchester
We are looking for a Policy and Governance Framework Co-ordinator, who will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of our governance documentation.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and enhance the governance document library, including policies, procedures, Terms of Reference, and templates.
Coordinate review cycles, ensuring all documents are up to date and approved versions are consistently applied.
Oversee version control, naming conventions, and stakeholder engagement to uphold best practices.
Support the ongoing evolution of the governance framework, ensuring it remains robust, reliable, and fit for purpose.
Collaborate across departments and entities to promote good governance and strong compliance culture.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in governance, risk, or compliance, with a strong understanding of policy frameworks and regulatory standards.
Proven experience managing document libraries and maintaining version control.
Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and influencing skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and proficiency with document management systems (e.g. SharePoint).
Commitment to fairness, integrity, and delivering good customer outcomes.
