Job Title: Automotive Van Sales Manager
Reports to: Sales Director/Manager
Location: Team Valley and Stockton
Package: £50k Basic plus quarterly and annual bonus, Company vehicle and other benefits.
Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Manager, minimum 5 years experience, to lead our van sales team. You'll be responsible for managing a team of van sales representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your goal will be to meet sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of van sales representatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
2. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
3. Customer Relationships:
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues.
4. Inventory Management:
- Manage van inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in van sales management or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
5. Familiarity with inventory management and logistics.
