Transport Desk Clerks – Day & Night Shifts

We are currently recruiting 2 x Transport Administrators to join the transport team at DHL in Rugby, working within a busy and fast-paced operation. This is a temporary role (approximately 6 months) with the potential to become temp to perm for the right candidates.

12-hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off
18:00 – 06:00
Pay rate: £14.99 per hour? Day Shift (1 role)

12-hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off
06:00 – 18:00
Pay rate: £14.13 per hourWorking Hours

Each shift includes a 30-minute unpaid break
Average weekly hours: 40.25
Overtime availableKey Responsibilities

Providing administrative support within the transport office
Maintaining and updating transport systems and documentation
Liaising with drivers, warehouse teams, and management
Using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to track and report activity
Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all timesRequirements

Reasonable computer skills are essential
Experience using Microsoft Excel
Previous transport office/transport administration experience is preferable
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
