Commercial Maintenance Plumber

Location: West Midlands (Coventry and Birmingham mainly)
Salary: Up to £40,000, with performance-based reviews

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our team. You’ll be responsible for a mix of planned and reactive maintenance work, primarily across the M62 corridor, with occasional travel towards Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical and plumbing maintenance

*

Planned preventative maintenance (valves, pumps, AHUs, etc.)

*

Reactive maintenance

*

General building maintenance as required

*

Travel across the M62 corridor (occasional Leeds work)
