A highly regarded mainstream secondary school in Staffordshire is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2025. This full-time, permanent position is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers who are passionate about inspiring students across KS3 to KS5.

About the Role:

Deliver dynamic and high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 to KS5, including GCSE and A-Level
*
Develop and implement an engaging curriculum that fosters curiosity about the world and critical thinking skills
*
Contribute to field trips, enrichment programmes, and cross-curricular initiatives
*
Support departmental planning, assessment, and academic tracking
*
Promote a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for all students
The Ideal Candidate Will:
*
Hold QTS or PGCE with a degree in Geography or a closely related subject
*
Have experience teaching Geography at KS3 to KS5, including GCSE and A-Level
*
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management
*
Be enthusiastic about developing students’ geographical understanding and global awareness
*
Be a collaborative and proactive team member committed to the school’s ethos and values
