We are looking for a dedicated Dispatch/Warehouse Operative to join our client’s busy meat processing factory in Poole.

Key Responsibilities:

* Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

* Preparing goods for dispatch and ensuring correct labelling

* Loading vehicles for delivery in line with schedules

* Keeping the dispatch area clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards

* Working closely with the production and logistics teams to meet daily targets

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch role (preferred but not essential)

* Ability to work in a chilled environment

* Good attention to detail and a reliable, proactive attitude

* Team player with good communication skills
