The QA Manager will work closely with the Development Manager on the plans around innovation and factory/process capability. What background would you need for this role?

Food Manufacturing experience as QA Supervisor or Team Leader.
Good working knowledge of current QA systems and processes.
Confident communicator who enjoys being involved in the factory.
Able to work at pace and work logically under pressure.
An open, proactive and inquisitive mindset.
