Receptionist – Eurocentral
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Start Date: Monday
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our client at their Eurocentral site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills to take on a varied and rewarding role, with the potential to progress from temporary to permanent employment.
Key Duties:
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming reception service.
Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages where appropriate.
Managing meeting room bookings and supporting the coordination of onsite meetings.
Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
Providing general administrative support, including filing, scanning and data entry.
Assisting with staff enquiries and supporting other departments when required.
Maintaining reception and office areas to ensure a professional environment.Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
