Multiskilled Engineer

We are recruiting a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to work for a large, well-established Facilities Management (FM) company at a major commercial building in Wandsworth. This is a Monday to Friday role, offering long-term stability, structured training, and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Planned and reactive maintenance across a large commercial site

* Fault finding and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems

* Maintenance of HVAC, lighting, power, plumbing, and building fabric

* Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety standards

* Support site compliance and statutory requirements

* Work closely with the on-site team and external contractors

Requirements:

* Experience in commercial building maintenance

* Multiskilled background with either electrical or mechanical bias

* Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent preferred)

* Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
