We’re assisting a Council seeking a skilled Locum Housing Disrepair Lawyer to support their legal team on a temporary basis.

Role highlights:

Handle a caseload of housing disrepair claims (mainly tenant claims against the Council)

Provide legal advice and support to housing and property teams

*

Draft pleadings, attend court, and negotiate settlements

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive

*

Proven experience in housing disrepair litigation

*

Local authority experience preferred

Rate: £50.00+ per hour, umbrella
