Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £24.50 per hour
We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team, working across residential properties within the ME, DA, BR5, BR6 and BR7 postcode areas. This is a long-term role offering consistent weekly hours and regular work.
Role Responsibilities:
Carry out day-to-day carpentry maintenance and repair tasks in occupied and void residential properties
Undertake tasks such as door repairs/hanging, skirting, architraves, flooring, basic framework, and general carpentry fixes
Provide high-quality workmanship and maintain a professional, customer-friendly approach
Work independently while managing your workload and time effectivelyRequirements:
Proven experience in domestic/residential carpentry
Own tools and transport (company tools and vehicle provided once onboard)
Good communication skills and ability to work professionally in tenants’ homes
Reliability, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer:
